At Martial Fitness we have a number of different training areas available. This means we are able to deliver our programs using the right resources.
We are constantly updating our facility to meet our members needs and demands and from time to time there may be slight disruptions to the classes to make way for improvements.
Main Training Room
Our main training room is used for our group classes like Taekwondo, group fitness, mixed martial arts and Kick Boxing. It has been designed with a large open space to reduce over crowding for members and is fitted wth training aids such as punching/kicking bags, battling ropes, climbing ropes, closed circuit tv with large monitors and plently of fresh air.
Our boxing ring is located to the left of the main training room so that sparring practice can be conducted away from others enjoying their classes. The ring which is smaller than normnal has been designed this way to keep our fighters engaged and make better use of their ring craft.
Strength and Conditioning Studio
The S&C studio is located on the first floor. Here you will be able to complete a full workout to increase muscle mass and toning, or you could work to improve your competition strength and endurance.
Visitors to Martial Fitness can sit back, relax and have a coffee whilst classes are on. We have closed circuit tv in the lounge allowing visitors to watch the classes as we do not allow non participating spectators into the training areas. This helps us to reduce class distractions and get the best from our members.
Our Jiu Jitsu training area is located on the first floor of the training studio. There is a double padded floor to work with as well as wall mats for competition specific drills.
