Our kickboxing program caters for the first timer through to the seasoned athlete for both males and females. With childhood obesity becoming a major problem in our country it is even more important to educate our children about being fit and healthy, the younger we teach the benefits of staying active the better off they will be in the future.
Our junior kickboxing program is suited to children who are full of energy and looking for a safe and friendly way to release it. Our structured grading program sets goals for the students keeping them focused for the duration of their trainig.
We often find that improvement in the students martail arts classes is transferred accross to school and home improvements with increased concentration levels, the children becoming more motivated to succeed and of course a better understanding of respect for themselves and others.
Typically the students will wear a club uniform which is made up of shorts and t-shirt or singlet. As this program involves a lot of pad work you, students will also need boxing gloves and wraps.
