Our MMA program is designed so that you can build the required skills in each of the martial arts on seperate days to ensure that there is no rushing and cutting corners. This is of the utmost importance for any aspiring athletes wishing to take their MMA skills into the arena. We also offer a strength and conditioning program that works on building the body's functional strength to be best applied in the competition environment.
MMA offers an amazing self defence program as it incorporates the use of the entire body (unlike some traditional martial arts) and builds up fitness and confidence levels far beyond your expectations.
You don't have to compete to benefit from MMA training and can look and feel like a MMA champion and because of our structured program all members will get graded and receive a belt level from a number of different martial arts on their way to the Martial Fitness Aust MMA Black Belt. This allows all members to set goals with their training and development and keeps everyone focused on becoming the very best they can be. Suited to both males and females our MMA program is surely going to push you to levels you have never thought were possible.
