The "Body by Design" program we offer is suitable to people of all ages and fitness levels. We will meet with and design an individual personal training program aimed at achieving your personal health and fitness goals. This program is about getting your body into the shape you want for a specific reason occasion such as a wedding or after child birth or simply just to look and feel great for the summer.
Our "Sports Conditioning" program is suited to all athletes looking at gaining an edge over their competitors or to help improve individual performance in team sports. We will discuss the specific needs of your sport and design a personal training program to meet those needs. It dosen't matter if you are a martial artist, footballer, netballer or into athletics we can surely help you improve your sports performance.
We also offer "Family and Group Personal Training" programs. Sometimes working one-on-one with a personal trainer is a little daunting so we allow a group of like minded people the opportunity to have a personal training program designed to meet the groups training needs. It could be a family that wishes to get fit together or a sporting group looking to improve in their pre-season training. As long as the group is committed to improving their health and fitness then we are happy to help with your personal training needs.
How does the personal training program work?
CONSULTATION - Your personal trainer will learn about your fitness goals and objectives and then both of you will have an ownership in achieving them
TRAINING PROGRAM - Your personal trainer will then customise a training program tat is designed to help you achieve your pre-determined health and fitness goals. MOTIVATION - Along the way your personal trainer will keep records and help you understand the positive results you are achieving keeping you motivated when times are both great and tough.
CHANGES - Your personal trainer will change your program to ensure your body and mind are always challenged. This ensures you are always getting the maximum out of your personal training program.
CELEBRATION - Your personal trainer will share in the celebrations with you once your personal health and fitness goals are achieved. This is the first step in changing your life forever and we will remind you of the importance of continuing regular exercise.
SPORTS CLUBS - We can also tailor specific fitness and conditioning programs for sports groups, work groups and social groups.
