Our Combat Kickboxing program is a striking martial art that blends the skills of a number of different styles such as Boxing, Muay Thai, Taekwondo and Karate to create an explosive and effective striking art.
Our structured syllabus ensures that all students keep motivated and challenged with the development of their skills. Our aim is to ensure that we have provided each and every student the best learning environment so that they can easily transition into the ring (although not compulsory).
It doesn't matter your experience level when you enroll into our program we just ask that you give 100% to the development of your skills to become the best you can be. Combined with our BJJ program this creates the perfect MMA training program for athletes.

This program has been created by professional martial artists to give you an amazing full body workout regardless of your experience or fitness level.
Our program is a one-stop solution for you to improve your physical and mental shape, increase your endurance, decrease your BMI, get toned and improve your overall health. All of this with only a couple classes per week. We will guide you step by step in a fun and friendly environment teaching you how to kick and punch yourself into the best shape you can be.
