We understand that sometimes a group class environment is not the best suit for everyone and this could be for a number of reasons, the most important factor is that you still wish to get involved with a personal training and fitness program that will help you SMASH those personal goals you have set.

1: FIRST CONSULTATION
Your personal trainer will get to know more about who you are, what your experience level is, what your limits and abilities are, what drives and motivates you, what your personal goals are and how committed you are to achieving them.
After this both you and your Martial Fitness Australia personal trainer will have a better understanding of exactly what you want, and both will have the responsibility and take ownership in making positive change to your life!
2: THE TRAINING PROGRAM
Your Martial Fitness Australia personal trainer will then customise a training program that is designed JUST FOR YOU to HELP YOU achieve your previously discussed health and fitness goals. Your personal training program will mostly take place at our point cook personal training studio and we may at times head outdoors for some additional training.
3: TO MOTIVATE or BE MOTIVATED
Your Martial Fitness Australia point cook personal trainer will keep records and help you understand exactly where you are at. There will be times when you will need a little motivation and your personal trainer will be there by your side to help you through the tough times, BUT and its A BIG BUT, there is a huge difference between being MOTIVATED and needing motivation.
4: KEEPING CURRENT
Your personal trainer will regularly review and update your personal training program to ensure that you continue to gain POSITIVE results, mentally and physically from your training. One of the biggest hurdles in chasing your dreams is the possibility of boredom and negative response training. We know our stuff and your Martial Fitness Australia personal trainer will keep everything working EXACTLY AS YOU WOULD EXPECT.
