Our Kids MMA Program introduces young people to the exciting world of Mixed Martial Arts through a structured, progressive and age-appropriate training environment. Combining striking, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, wrestling and athletic development, students build genuine martial arts skills while developing confidence, coordination, fitness, discipline, resilience, composure and respect.
